Research On Operation Mechanism And Evaluation In The College Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

With the close contact of Stanford university in silicon valley in the United States,the pattern of Stanford university changed to become a paradise for entrepreneurs in silicon valley.After the "silicon valley" model represented by the business ecosystem,it also gradually become the forefront of entrepreneurship research.The integration of the business model get more and more attention of scholars all over the world.Facing the new situation of Chinese public undertaking all innovation with its powerful scientific research in colleges and universities,innovation can converge of social resources.Talents have become the important part of the innovative undertaking in colleges and universities entrepreneurship ecosystem.Operation mechanism of research for the further study of colleges and universities plays a vital role in the development of venture enterprises.Based on business ecosystem research as the background,summarized theory of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial environment elements theory,organizational ecology theory and relevant theory,the paper constructs a ecosystem for entrepreneurial ecological communities and support for entrepreneurial environment resources ecosystem,and environmental system of colleges and universities entrepreneurial ecosystem.The concept of university entrepreneurship ecosystem summarize the characteristics,function and structure analysis,proposed the university entrepreneurship ecosystem operation mechanism.Through empirical study,the following research concluses that policy environment,innovative entrepreneurial culture,entrepreneurial education and open markets have a positive effect on the ecosystem function,financial services,technical support and strategic guidance has a positive effect on the ecosystem function,the policy environment of financial environment,innovative entrepreneurial culture,open markets have a positive impact,entrepreneurship education has positive influence to the innovative entrepreneurial culture,the financial environment has a positive effect on financial services,innovative entrepreneurial culture has a positive effect on technical support,market opening has a positive effect on strategic guiding role.Finally on the entrepreneurial role entrepreneurship environment within the ecosystem,this paper expounds entrepreneurship ecosystem environment for universities constructed by value,collaborative,restoring force,auxiliary system support for first-level indicators of evaluation index system.The paper adopts the multi-criteria decision-making evaluation method of Vague set,and gives an example which is the case study of XIDIAN University.It is concluded that XIDIAN University has higher scores in innovation,entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurial culture,two aspects of space cooperation,but market development is low.At last the paper gives suggestions to put forward the construction of entrepreneurship ecosystem.This article constructs the university as the core of business ecosystem,gives the concept of university entrepreneurship ecosystem,structure and features.This paper analyzes the startup ecosystem structure from the perspective of ecology,explores the entrepreneurial ecosystem mechanism,perfects ecological perspective of entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system,provides a new perspective to study rule and essence of entrepreneurship at colleges and universities.The paper contributes to colleges and universities to establish and cultivate entrepreneurial ecosystem,promote entrepreneurial ecosystem of colleges and universities and entrepreneurial activity,provides a strong theoretical guidance for its growing.
