Research On The Influencing Factors Of Open Innovation, Key Competencies And Innovation Performance Of Shaanxi Electronic Information Enterprises

With the rapid development of knowledge economy and product innovation cycle compression,open innovation has become the inevitable choice of companies in order to avoid closed innovation "behind closed doors" or become of the leading accessory companies.Open innovation requires companies to take advantage of complementary innovation resources over internal and external at all stages of the innovation chain,with a variety of partners to carry out multi-angle dynamic cooperation to achieve innovation.Therefore,the open innovative research based on knowledge and network collaboration capabilities in Shaanxi electronic information enterprises has a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is on the basis of domestic and international open innovation theory and literature review,and on the analysis of principal factors from the internal and external environmental factors,external support mechanisms and stakeholders four aspects,and combination of factor analysis,correlation analysis and construction structural equation modeling SEM to expand the empirical research on how the influencing factors of open innovation affect the two key capacity elements about knowledge and network capabilities and then act on the innovation performance.After the evaluation of model fitting and several times of amendments,finally obtained the following findings: 1.enterprise infrastructure resources,organization and internal and external R&D exchange mechanism and external environment,innovation supporting system,stakeholders and other factors of open innovation has a significant positive correlation with knowledge and network capabilities;2.the relationship between open innovation two key elements-knowledge and network capabilities is mutual promotion and interaction;3.by means of the promotion of knowledge and network capabilities open innovation factors enhance the innovation performance,and only the synergism of two key capability of open innovation-knowledge and network capability,innovation performance will achieve the best.Finally,the suggestions of Shaanxi electronic information enterprises to carry out open innovation driven by knowledge and network capabilities are provided.
