Study On The Interaction Between Industrial Structure Evolution And Urbanization In Shaanxi Province

In the process of economic development,it always accompanied with the change of urban formation and industrial structure evolution.They are mutually affected and inseparable.Industrial structure evolution means the leading industries upgrading,transforming from agriculture to secondary and then service industry.In the spatial structure corresponds to the process of urban development then expansion,which means population and other economic factors agglomeration transfer from rural to urban.At present,the speed of urbanization is accelerating,and industrial structure upgrading is deepening.Clarifying the interaction mechanism,exploring the interactive relationship between the two will promote the development of benign interaction,and provides a new basis for government policy making.And there is downward pressure on the economy,driving force from the industrial structure evolution is insufficient.If there is an interactive relationship between them,urbanization will become a new driving force.On the basis of discussing the general rule of industrial structure evolution and urbanization connotation in the new period,this paper gives an interpretation of interaction mechanism,builds comprehensive evaluation index systems,and then carries on an empirical analysis,puts forward the policy proposal.The main research of this paper is as follows:First of all,understanding the general rule of industrial structure evolution and urbanization connotation in the new period,describing related theories,giving static and dynamic interaction mechanisms;Second,selecting indicators based on theory,combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi province and the availability of theoretical indicators data,and building a comprehensive evaluation index system and analyze the development of the situation.Third,this paper gives an empirical analysis.First,using principal component analysis method to reduce the dimension of the comprehensive evaluation system,and then analyze the interaction between the two groups based on the autoregressive model and the impulse response variance decomposition analysis methods.Finally,based on the status quo analysis and empirical results,this paper puts forward policy recommendations from three aspects: optimizing the industrial structure,adjusting the city layout and promoting the interaction between the two.The conclusions are:(1)The variation tendency of industrial structure evolution and urbanization in Shaanxi province is the same,all upward.Compared with the industrial structure evolution,the comprehensive level of urbanization has a low starting point,a large fluctuation and a lack of stamina.(2)In the short term,the change of urbanization comprehensive level is the cause of the industrial structure evolution.Which means improving the level of urbanization can significantly promote the industrial structure.(3)In the short term,there is a co integration relationship between industrial structure and urbanization.(4)The industrial structure evolution and urbanization have a positive effect on themselves and each other,but they are greatly influenced by themselves.The driving force of industrial structure evolution to urbanization is insufficient.(5)The key points to promote the interactive development of industrial structure and urbanization are: giving full play to the advantages of science and education,release the potential of innovation;breaking the household registration barriers,reforming land exchange systems;adjusting the industrial structure,formatting multi support structure;optimizing the urban layout,improve the level of urbanization;changing the traditional concept of development,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization;opening up domestic and foreign markets,improve the investment environment.
