The Research Of Interactive Relationship Between Industrial Structure Evolution And New Urbanization In Central China

The evolution of industrial structure and the new urbanization are the theme of current economic construction.To study the development characteristics of the two and the relationship between the two for correctly grasp the regional structure adjustment in China under the new normality,sober understand the structural contradictions existing in the region,and then plan the new era of regional economic development strategy,cultivate endogenous vitality and lasting motivation to enhance sustained economic growth have great significance.At present,the new urbanization level in the central region has a certain gap with the national average level,and the industrial structure also has structural deviation.Therefore,it is very important to clarify the interaction mechanism between the two and promote the interaction between the two.Firstly,this dissertation reviews the connotations of the industrial structure and the new urbanization through reviewing the literatures,constructs the evaluation index system,and then analyzes the interaction mechanism of the two,and establishes the interactive framework of the interaction between the two.Secondly,we choose the middle area as the research object,and use the entropy weight method and the weighted sum method to measure the development level of the two.Thirdly,the connotation and characterization of the interaction between the two are analyzed,and the interaction state of the two is measured and analyzed by the coupling coordination model.Finally,the empirical analysis of the interaction between industrial structure evolution and new urbanization is carried out by correlation analysis,stationary test,cointegration analysis and Granger causality test.The results show that:(1)at this stage,the interaction between the two development is not enough coordination,the lack of a certain degree of continuous interaction development capacity;(2)the new urbanization lagged behind the evolution of industrial structure;(3)the primary industry hindered the process of new urbanization,the second industry is the main driving force for the development of new urbanization,the tertiary industry development is insufficient(4)The new urbanization index is the Granger reason of the output value index and the employment structure index,but the new urbanization index is the same as the output index of the employment structure index.The reverse does not have this relationship,the output structure index and the employment structure index are Granger reasons.Further analysis suggests that the main reason for these problems is threefold:(1)the central region of the agricultural population,there are inherent constraints;(2)Industry development is unreasonable,the development of the tertiary industry is insufficient and the working population has not been transferred reasonably;(3)Urban function is not perfect,failed to play the scale of industrial agglomeration.Based on this,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of advancing technological innovation,promoting the flow of elements,improving the function of the city and providing the policy guarantee,so as to promote the benign interaction between the industrial structure evolution and the new urbanization in the central region.
