Interactive Relationship Between The Evolution Of New-pattern Urbanization And Industrial Structure

New-type urbanization and industrial structure are the two important key point of construction of modern economic system.Under the background of new era,the construction of the new urbanization had a deeper meaning,bears on the well-being of the millions of people,a long way to go.Industrial structure optimization is the main aspect of the economic structure adjustment,the impact on long-term economic growth,is to meet people's increasing important guarantee for a better life need.The virtuous development of the new urbanization and industrial structure interaction is the key link,only so,two can play the biggest role.However,due to the imperfect market mechanism,the system is not sound,and a variety of external factors,this kind of interaction is not always in a state of coordination,therefore,the interaction of the two is very important.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,this study on the interaction between new urbanization and industrial structure to conduct a comprehensive analysis,first of all,illustrates the connotation of new urbanization and industrial structure,a new type of urbanization includes population,social,economic and environmental aspects of urbanization,and the development of the industrial structure including the fundamentals and the rationalization of industrial structure.Secondly,summing up the interaction of three ways,namely the industrial structure optimization in production elements unbalanced flow,improve the urbanization level;industry structure optimization in urban functions and services change,promote the progress of urbanization;Cause economic agglomeration increased urbanization level,and promote industrial structure optimization.Then,summarizes the influence factors of affecting the interaction effects,including production factor endowments,production technology level,foreign open degree,government policy and management level,etc.,from the two dimensions are proposed to the interactive state judgment,namely,low degree of synergy and weak sustainability,low degree of synergy and strong sustainability,high degree of synergy and weak sustainability,as well as the high degree of synergy and strong sustainability four state.Moreover,using the proposed method,to our country since the founding of the urbanization and industrial structure of interaction is analyzed.Finally the entropy weight method is adopted to estimate a new urbanization and industrial structure,and using the Chinese provincial panel data to economic growth and production,the production technology level of factor endowments,foreign open degree,the influence factors such as government policy and management level are empirically measurement,and the relevant results,summarizes and puts forward relevant policy suggestions accordingly.
