In the face of such a predicament, Shi Hu Village must reach 14000 yuan per capita income of the poverty reduction task at the end of 2017, the development of agricultural industrialization is imminent.In this paper, Shi Hu Village agricultural industrialization as the research object,through the PESTEL model because of the external environment are analyzed, and the general law of the development of agricultural industry were analyzed by the methods of literature research and field research, through Shi Hu Village on the internal conditions of the analysis, comparison of Shi Hu Village and 31 village benchmarking analysis, clear the internal conditions of Shi Hu Village and the problem; through the above analysis, the development of the agricultural industry facing Shi Hu Village advantages and opportunities and threats and weaknesses, and through the use of SWOT analysis, screened out the strategy of agricultural development Shi Hu Village, because of the current political requirements and the weak foundation of the Shi Hu Village ,Shi Hu Village, finally chose the advantage of strategic opportunities at the same time, in the process of implementing strategic weaknesses opportunities make up the short board, an alert to the problems pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of strategic threat in strategic threat. At the same time,according to the strategic guidance in the implementation of Shi Hu Village has mobilized various measures gradually in the.Shi Hu Village problems in China's rural areas especially in poor rural areas is very common, at the same time, Shi Hu Village make the strategic choice approach also applies to other poor areas, in the course of the study will be full of agricultural industrialization theory,current situation, strategy tools of Shi Hu Village and used to guide the stone the tiger tackling poverty work, the author hopes that this paper will help other poor areas of agricultural development.
