Heng County Based On Precision Poverty Alleviation Research On Poverty Reduction In Agriculture

The idea of "precise poverty alleviation" was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in November 2013 in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province.China's poverty alleviation work have also shifted to precision and poverty alleviation.According to the accuracy of supporting poor people,development projects must be precised,the use of support funds must be precise,and the management of poverty alleviation work must be precise and require the implementation of the national strategy of poverty alleviation.The poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry is an effective new poverty alleviation approach from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation.It is an important means to increase the income of farmers in impoverished areas and achieve poverty alleviation for farmers in poverty-stricken areas.How to promote the rapid development of the agricultural industry and increase the hematopoietic function of poor villages under the perspective of precision poverty alleviation is an important subject worthy of further study in the current period.This article mainly takes the agricultural industry of Heng County.,Guangxi as the research object,and explores the actual development of the agricultural industry in,Heng County.which is developed by 14089 poor households in Heng County,and 56 p'overty-stricken villages.Accurate identification method is used to identify practical problems in poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry in Heng County,and the suggestions for precision poverty alleviation in the Heng County agricultural industry are put forward by using the relationship between precision poverty alleviation and the development and use of agricultural industry.Relying on the unique agricultural resources of Heng County,we will vigorously build key projects for precise poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry,develop and cultivate a batch of special breeding industry,ecological recycling agriculture industry,leisure agriculture industry and combination that can drive the poor villagers in Heng county to increase income steadily for a long period of time.Electricity supplier's agricultural industry.We will promote poverty-stricken people to increase income through multiple channels and ensure that all the 56 poverty-stricken villages in Heng County will be decapitated by 2020,ensuring the simultaneous completion of a well-off society.This paper selects Heng County as a research object to study the use of agricultural industry to achieve accurate poverty alleviation.On the one hand,starting from the actual situation of Heng County,it provides the right direction for Heng County to explore the road to poverty alleviation and prosperity.On the other hand,to make the poverty alleviation of the agricultural industry of Heng County a case,it provides suggestions for poverty alleviation through precision industries in other poor areas in China.
