A Multiple Case Study On Effects Of Technology Transfer In Shaanxi Province

The Eighteenth CPC National Congress made deploy of innovation-driven development,highlighting that technological innovation is the strategic support of enhancing social productive forces and comprehensive national strength,which should be put on the core position of national development.Technology transfer is a significant way to promote the commercialization of research findings and regional scientific progress.It is also a kind of indispensable economic activity in scientific progress.On the guidance of related policies and regulations,technology market has developed fast.The scale of technology transfer is enlarging,the amount of which is also increasing.Various regions develop multiple form of technology transfer.As a big province for scientific and technological resources,the output of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi Province comes out top of the whole country.In recent years,as the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements increasing greatly,much more technological achievements from other provinces are attracted.However,behind the rapid growth of technology trading,how's the effects of technology transfer? What changes has it brought to all the aspects and which factors are included? All these are urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of reviewing related research into technology transfer at home and abroad,process of technology transfer is concluded.Then comes the design of the case studies,including the interview outline and sample selection.In-depth field interviews and real time record are conducted in seven companies,two universities,four scientific research institutes and an intermediary agency,combined with corporate websites,relevant reports,books,meeting discussion record and a variety of ways to collect and sort data.Next,the data is analyzed in Nvivo software through open coding,axial coding,and selecting coding.A virtuous cycle diagram of technology transfer is set up,the initial results,middle results and late effect are brought out,with the conclusion of main influence factors and remained problems are arrived at.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
