Shaanxi Province Rural Labor Force Space Disparity And Dynamic Mechanism

Rural labor force transfer means the transfer of surplus rural labor to urban areas and large cities, rural and non-agricultural industries, related to geographical and industry double shift. China is the world’s largest developing country, a major agricultural population ratio, has a huge number of hidden rural surplus labor, grasp the regional characteristics of rural labor transfer is an important basis for economic development planning. In this paper, Shaanxi Province is a typical area of spatial characteristics of its rural labor transfer, and for the development of scientific and reasonable countermeasures of rural labor transfer as well as the scope of provincial economic development plan has theoretical and practical significance.Papers based on statistics and census data, using quantitative and qualitative research methods, the spatial characteristics of Shaanxi Province were revealed transfer of rural labor, combined with the driving force of the spatial characteristics of spatial differences in economic development in Shaanxi Province, rural labor transfer research papers the following conclusions:(1)Regional differences in Shaanxi Province transfer of rural labor, rural county in northern Shaanxi region outside the main transfer,the transfer of the Guanzhong area in the province of mainly southern Shaanxi province places distant metastasis based. Higher practitioners industries engaged in Northern Shaanxi Guanzhong and the proportion of tertiary industry,while lower proportion Southern regions.
