Influence Of Inter-organizational Knowledge Sharing To Green Technology Innovation Based On System Dynamics

In the case of the current popularity of the green concept,in order to respond to the urgent need of environmental protection,achieving sustainable development and keeping up with the pace of the world economy,we must make the business way from high consumption,low efficiency and heavy pollution into the intensive extensive of low-cost,high efficiency,less pollution.And to achieve environmental and ecological protection and recycled resources.Green technology innovation is the inevitable choice to achieve environmental protection and transformation.Through the study of literature can be found: in addition to the pressure-driven can generate green technology innovation behavior,current research on green technology innovation has shifted the paradigm of cooperation between enterprises,and active partnership has become an important way to build business green transformation.Therefore,under the premise of the international environment and knowledge economy information of technology and economic globalization,the process of cooperation between the organizational learning has become an important way of achieving green technology innovation enterprises.Based on this background,first of all,starting from the research status of knowledge sharing and green technology innovation at home and abroad,it describes the problem situation under knowledge sharing and green technology innovation.Given the current development of green technology innovation of Chinese enterprises,it is determined that it is important and feasible to study the green technology innovation from the perspective of knowledge sharing.In this paper,on the basis of reading a lot of knowledge sharing and related aspects of green technology innovation literature,We analyze the characteristics of the definition and inclusion of green technology innovation from the green technology's definition and meaning.through the analysis of the definition and its influencing factors about knowledge sharing,it discusses the impact of knowledge sharing mechanism on green technology innovation.Combined with the impact of green technology innovation on knowledge sharing in theory,analyze the effects of causality and behavioral evolution of knowledge sharing on innovative green performance and economic performance using system dynamics,and build system dynamics simulation model of knowledge-sharing to the influence of green technology innovation.Finally,combined the questionnaire and secondary data,it analyzed the factors relationship among the mode and make the variables equation explicit.It indicates that the model can well fit the relationship between organizational knowledge sharing and green technology innovation by using Vensim PLE software to validate the effectiveness and sensitivity of the model.On the basis adjusting the transfer threshold,knowledge transfer capability,the receiver willingness to innovate,the deliver willingness to innovate,transfer willingness of the simulation model,it analyze the effect of inter organizatiol knowledge sharing on enterprise economic performance and green performance.And we can see the specific variables and parameters of influencing green technology innovation in different simulation model.It also can formulate relevant policy recommendations for inter-enterprise cooperation to promote green technology innovation.
