The production capacity of China's manufacturing industry has been ranked first in the world,and it has become a big manufacturing country.Nevertheless,the development of China's manufacturing industry still relies on the so called “three high and one low" extensive growth pattern,which refers to high extraction,high consumption,high emission and low utilization.This situation has exacerbated waste of resources and energy and environmental pollution.In the context,central government focuses great attention on the sustainable growth of the manufacturing sector and directs a new pathway for manufacturing development.It has highlighted the concept of green development,the implementation of green innovation-driven strategy,and the strengthening of green manufacturing technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the establishment of green system of energy and resource conservation,and pollution reduction,as well as to realize the green transformation of manufacturing industry.Green innovation system,with the objective of sustainable development,constitutes of green science and technology innovation,green idea innovation,and ecological institutional innovation.The operating green innovation system is more of a process of knowledge production,diffusion,and application,in which the knowledge refers to new knowledge of cleaner production,recycling manufacturing,and end treatment.Science and technology innovation refers to the top momentum of development,while knowledge sharing is regarded as the essential requirement of social progress.Thus,aiming to improve innovation capacity of green innovation system,promoting the application of green knowledge,which involves green technology,green products and process,and green standards,in the green innovation system,as well as applying the power of mechanism that promote knowledge spillover and sharing,is viewed as the key measure to stimulate the green transformation of manufacturing industry.In this context,the dissertation focuses on the mechanism of knowledge spillover and sharing in manufacturing green innovation system.Through building green manufacturing innovation system based on the theory of knowledge management,it analyzes the spillover mechanism,conduction mechanism and absorption mechanism,and studies the producingmechanism,competition mechanism and incentive mechanism in the knowledge sharing.At last,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at providing a theoretical reference for the effective operation of China's manufacturing green innovation system,enhancing the capability of green innovation,improving the production scale of green manufacturing industry and market competitiveness,and promoting the green transitions and upgrading and sustainable development.First,the dissertation analyzes the structure and function of manufacturing green innovation system,and discusses the concepts of knowledge sharing and spillover;then expounds the relationship between knowledge management and green innovation,and puts forward the necessity of green innovation system based on the theory of knowledge management.In addition,it analyzes the subsystem of green innovation system,which constitutes of knowledge Spillover subsystem and knowledge Sharing subsystem and the environment subsystem,then it illustrates the characteristics and function of green innovation system based on the theory of knowledge management.Second,based on the relationship between the factors of knowledge spillover and sharing,the main factors of green innovation system of knowledge spillover and sharing are summarized.Based on this,it studies the direct and indirect effects factors of knowledge spillover and sharing in manufacturing green innovation system,and respectively analyzes the influencing mechanism of two factors on knowledge spillovers and sharing,which provides a theoretical basis for analysis of knowledge spillover and sharing mechanism.Third,the dissertation studies the producing mechanism,transmission mechanism and absorption mechanism of knowledge spillover in manufacturing green innovation system.The producing mechanism has discussed the original causes,the main source and power of knowledge spillover.The transmission mechanism has investigated the conduction direction,transmission route and stage of knowledge spillovers.The absorption mechanism has looked into the knowledge absorptive capacity and absorption characteristics.It selects the green patent output effect and production of green products effect as the explained variables of knowledge spillover effect,while the knowledge supply of universities and research institutes are chose as the explanatory variables.Moreover,the potential difference of knowledge,innovation and government support policy and intermediary service innovation ability are selected as the control variables,the dissertation constructs a panel data model to measure the knowledge spillover effect of green manufacturing innovation system.Fourth,the dissertation studies the producing mechanism,competition mechanism and incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in the manufacturing green innovation system.The producing mechanism has discussed the motivation and three-dimension space of knowledge sharing motivation and knowledge sharing.The competition mechanism has investigated the concurrence mechanism and concurrence model based on two kinds of competing relationship of knowledge sharing,and analyzes the game process of sharing different cooperation background knowledge.The incentive mechanism has looked into the incentive targets and methods of knowledge sharing,and analyzes the knowledge sharing incentive model of manufacturing green innovation system based on the principal-agent theory.Fifth,it conducts a simulation analysis applying system dynamics method in the knowledge spillover and sharing of manufacturing green innovation system: putting forward the basic assumptions and determining the boundaries of the system,drawing the green innovation system of knowledge spillover and sharing the causal relationship and SD flow diagram,setting up the basic equation;making SD simulation to green innovation system of knowledge spillover and shared which chooses Heilongjiang Province as the research objective,simulating and forecasting the changes of knowledge spillover and sharing in manufacturing green innovation system while respectively changing the variables of green innovation investment of manufacturing enterprise,universities,and government in2000-2050;then analyzing the simulation results of related variables.Sixth,based on the results of empirical research,the countermeasures of knowledge spillover and sharing are proposed for green manufacturing innovation system.The Countermeasures of green innovation system include the optimization of green innovation resources,improving the cooperative effect of actors in green innovation system.The countermeasures of knowledge spillovers include increasing the green innovation investment of knowledge spillovers,improving receiver's knowledge absorptive capacity.And theproposed knowledge sharing strategies include constructing knowledge sharing organization structure,fostering the knowledge sharing culture of green innovation system,and broadening the knowledge sharing method of green innovation system.
