Study On Influence Factors Of Business Model Innovation Of Modern Logistics Enterprises

With the development of Economic Globalization,China's huge consumer market attracts many international enterprises to seek opportunities in China,so is the logistics industry.Through years of exploration and research,logistics has been internationally acknowledged as "the third profit source" in the term of creating social value.In China,the modern logistics has become the pillar industry and new economic growth point of national economy,receiving the vigorously support of national policy.However,the logistics industry starts relatively late in China and most of the logistics enterprises are still in the traditional stage of development or the transition stage from traditional logistics to modern logistics.The development system of logistics industry is not perfect.Facing the fierce competition with international large-scale logistics enterprises,Chinese logistics enterprises should expand the scale of the enterprise,improve enterprise management level and promote the service quality.In addition,they also need to learn to analyze market development situation,grasp the opportunity of market and policy support,use the advanced science and technology timely and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience to integrate enterprise resources.So that they can achieve the business model innovation scientifically of logistics enterprise.The flexibility and adaptability of the enterprise will be improved and offer maximum value for the interests of the enterprise,customers and related network members.For logistics enterprises,achieving the business model innovation is not easy.In order to choose a suitable business model,the logistics enterprises must understand the connotation,classification,elements and characteristics of logistics enterprise business model.Based on the above analysis,this paper first studies and summarizes the development status of logistics enterprise business model through the literature review,including development background,concept definition,elements component,development characters,innovation model and existing problems.Using content analysis method,the paper then extracts eight influence elements of logistics enterprise business model innovation:competition force,technology volatility,demand volatility,market opportunities,logistics policy support,enterprise innovation culture,basic ability and the logistics service quality.As well as extracts 3 cognitive elements of logistics enterprise business model innovation:organization model innovation,operation model innovation and change model innovation.Next,the paper collects data with the questionnaire and uses SPSS and Amos to analyze the data through exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results of the study is: the competition force and environmental uncertainty have significant influence in operation model innovation and change mode innovation.They have no impact on the organization model innovation;An inclusive environment have significant influence in organization model innovation and operation model innovation.They have no impact on change mode innovation;Enterprise innovation culture,basic ability and the logistics service quality have significant influence in organization model innovation,operation mode innovation and change mode innovation.To logistics enterprise can carry on the business model innovation scientifically,improve enterprise core competitiveness and achieve logistics enterprises rapid transformation,the author puts forward some Suggestions according to the study results.(1)Analyze the market competition Calmly and seek innovation opportunities constantly.(2)Grasp the market change accurately and continue to lead innovation trend.(3)Seize market opportunities promptly and adjust the innovation policy timely.(4)Cultivate the innovative culture elaborately and shape a good innovation atmosphere.(5)Develop basic abilities widely and strengthen innovation foundation industriously.(6)Stick to provide best quality services and build innovative word of mouth.Finally,based on the research of this paper,the author has carried on a brief summary to the disadvantages of the research results and made some prospects for the future direction of logistics enterprise business model innovation.Expecting others can make further studies.
