Compensation management is a dynamic management process,under the guidance of the organization development strategy.Payroll services to achieve the organization goal.If the compensation level,compensation structure and compensation have problems,the intended target enterprise's salary management cannot be achieved.Compensation system design is the most basic salary management work,it plays a considerable role in the process of enterprise development.If the pay system is inappropriate,it will affect the stability of the workforce and even become the bottleneck of human resources development.Improving the compensation system can increase staff's enterprise trust and the sense of belonging.For scientific research institutions,talent is the key for winning the competition.If the compensation system design is not perfect,it can affect employees' positive initiative,and the situation of staff turnover will be high,thus affecting the expansion of scientific research institutions.Research institutions pay system must adapt to the current competition situation,and timely adjust compensation strategy,compensation level,compensation structure,to ensure the realization of its development strategy.Use the scientific research institution W institute as the research object,and discusses how to design a set of effective compensation system,according to scientific research institution compensation management situation.First of all,this article combed the modern compensation management,salary system design principle and system design process;secondly,according to the situation of W institute of human resource management,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the salary management;thirdly,according to W institute's strategic development target,the thesis has carried on the job evaluation and analysis,through the salary survey;finally,a set of incentive compensation system has been designed.Compensation system design of this article is not only beneficial to the long-term development of the institute,its scientific compensation design concept and the design method of compensation,also has certain reference significance for other scientific research institutions.It is conducive to take the advantage of human resource management,realizing the maximization of enterprise value and personal interests.
