At present,the pace of development of China's banking industry gradually accelerated,the inter-bank exchanges have become increasingly close,most foreign banks gradually began to develop the market of our country,it has been further development of the financial instruments to a certain extent,more and more financial gradually began to enter the financial market development.In the part of financial institutions have the opportunity of development,with a view to occupy more market share in china.G bank for development at a steady rate,adjust the development direction of the original,with a view to develop faster,which in a certain degree for the development team of customer manager G bank has a more important role.This is due to the credit business profits belong to G bank's main business income,credit personal account manager affects the development of credit business to a great extent,even in the bank's main business income.Therefore,the cultivation of the ability of the credit account manager has a key role in the human resource management of G bank.In this paper,through the analysis and study of domestic and foreign training credit account manager's personal ability to take the relevant measures,and the method used to carry out the relevant instructions.Then,take G bank as the main research object,and analyze the development situation and the management mechanism of the internal credit client manager team.The study found that the current G bank credit customer manager training system is not yet mature,this is because the bank does not establish an effective training mechanism,training in the credit account manager has made great improvement.Not only that,this article also through the analysis and research of the primary credit account manager,intermediate credit account manager and senior credit account manager three each have the ability.Specific research contents include the following three parts: personal ability,professional ability,professional knowledge.And the objective principle,the principle of pertinence,the principle of all directions and the scientific principle are applied to the research process.The actual results of studies on the three of them to construct a competency model,carry out the instructions on the issue.After the construction of the model,we will do some research and Analysis on the credit account managers at all levels of the model,so as to find out the development direction of the credit account manager in order to improve their ability.Through the analysis and study of this process,we can get a conclusion that G bank should adjust the training of credit account manager.This paper is mainly based on the competency model,so as to analyze how the credit account managers in G bank should adjust their own development direction,so as to improve the internal development speed.In this process,we should do some research on how to adjust the training management.Based on this,the establishment of more standardized credit client manager management mechanism,so as to improve the overall level of development of the bank.
