Since the reform and opening up, in the process of industrialization and urbanization,agricultural transfer population has become a new labor force. They are mainly engaged in non-agricultural industries, but also the household registration in rural areas, some of them migrant workers in the off-season, the transfer of population have strong basic liquidity and strong agriculture, farmers and workers on both identity. A large number of farmers employed in township enterprises or self-employed, or migrant workers, has brought the ineffable change to the modernization of our country. In recent years, China per capita GDP shows the trend of rapid growth, but the income gap between urban and rural residents is increasing, this is not only due to migrant workers own factors, or by the more serious impact on the household registration system. In many places, the phenomenon of unequal pay for equal work. The transfer of agricultural population and income of urban workers compared with the source of instability, low level, they can not enjoy the education policy,employment policy, social security policy, health policy, social status, the transfer of agricultural population and urban residents can not get equal treatment.Based on the survey data, the paper finds that the level of wage income of agricultural transfer population in Chengdu is not high and the growth rate is slowing down. This paper uses the modern wage theory, in the main aspects by using the multivariate regression analysis of the factors of the transfer of agricultural income the level of wages and influence of population analysis method, the results showed that except for gender, age,marital status, family background, human capital and social capital have a significant impact on Chengdu agricultural population transfer income level. According to the results of the data analysis, from the perspective of public policy, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to effectively improve the level of wage income and quality of life of the agricultural transfer population in Chengdu.
