Lean production is a summary of the research on the production mode of TOYOTA in western countries. In fact, it refers to the production and operation management system,"such as TOYOTA". Lean production originated from Toyota. After the war, the Japanese Toyota because of the face of the production demand of "multi variety, small batch", so created a Just In Time production mode, namely the just-in-time production mode. Through the efforts of Kiichiro Toyoda and Daiichi Ohno, the JIT production mode has been improved, forming a unique style of TOYOTA production management philosophy,becoming a typical case of efficient production in manufacturing industry, and widely emulated by enterprises around the world. It was praised as a standard and a efficient operating mode in the manufacturing sector in twenty-first Century.In this paper, the development of lean production model and the basic theory and the system structure of lean production are discussed. This paper briefly introduces the production mode and operation management of A company, and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of lean production. Then by participating in the A company lean production team, using the method and experience of benchmarking enterprise promoting lean production ,using the advanced idea of lean production management theory,it has been analyses and planned A company Lean Production Promotion implementation.Fom three aspects to improve production site management: change of salary system,promotion of 5S activity and implementation process standardization; Improve the process of production system from perfecting standard working time base, designing the production process based on group technology, and improving the production system. Strengthen the concept of continuous improvement from promoting the improvement of the site and establishing a continuous improvement mechanism for permanent members from promotion of thought reform of managers and engineers and adhering to "the present principle of the present". Finally, this paper describes the implementation status of the plan and the resistance will be encountered from all aspects of promoting the lean production, proposes how to break down the solution of A company lean transformation, and finally pushes A company to the right path of lean production.From studying how to solve the constraints in the process of lean production by A company, is paper reveals the necessity of starting from the foundation, long-term adherence and full participation. For other enterprises promoting the lean production to do some reference.
