The emotion is an indispensable part of organizational behavior and team practice in organizations.It not only can affect the health and development of the team members' body and mind,but also can affect the overall emotional state of the team,and eventually will affect team innovation performance and team effectiveness.In recent years,business leaders are focusing on how to integrate the power of the individual level into the team's biggest resultant force,while team emotion,as a concept in the team level,has obtained an increasing number of attention and study.At the same time,the emotional intelligence which is also an important resource in team,helps the team members understand each other's feelings,control and manage destructive emotion,and makes use of emotion to promote the developmental process,decision-making and operation in team.Researches on the relationship of emotional intelligence and team emotions also have gained the attention and exploration of many scholars at home and abroad.Based on the predecessors' studies and books,this paper creatively integrates relevant variables to the team level,explores the influences of team's emotional intelligence and different leadership styles on positive team emotions,and emphatically discusses the adjustment of different leadership styles between emotional intelligence and positive team emotions.234 team members are investigated to fill in the questionnaire on line or on the spot.On the basis of related literature and recycling questionnaire,the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other necessary data analysis are made.There are the following conclusions: the dimensions of team's emotional intelligence have significant positive effect on positive team sentiment.The impact of transactional leadership on positive team emotions is not significant;transactional leadership is adjusting the relation of team's emotional intelligence and positive team emotions.The impact of transformational leadership on positive team emotions is not significant;transformational leadership is adjusting the relation of team's emotional intelligence and positive team emotions.Most of assumptions that are put forward in this paper are validated.The results show that the continuous improvement of emotional intelligence has an important significance to improve positive team emotions through fully guided styles of leadership.
