Companies want to get long-term sustainable development in the complex environment, leaders play a very important role. Now, transformational leadership is a kind of widely recognized leadership style, especially in terms of the team members’ development and task performance. On the basis of summarizing the previous research analysis, reference transformational leadership, team performance and emotional maturity scale transfer terms, tested empirical study found that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on the team performance, emotional sensitivity has a negative regulatory effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and team performance.We found the emotional contagion and their individual dimension have a significant difference by descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Especially on different positions, this variable in all dimensions are significantly different. On transformational leadership and its individual dimensions may vary nature of business and the team nature of the significant differences, indicating that the leader because of the different tasks and team functions, using different management approaches and behavior, and then work in a team, resulting in a different effect. The correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that transformational leadership, team performance and emotional contagion have significant correlation with each other, transformational leadership and its dimensions are on the team performance has a significant positive, emotional sensitivity has a negative regulatory effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and team performance.Teamwork has been increasingly organizational necessarily select the desired success, transformational leadership necessary to use emotion to regulate this important factor and the management team of subordinates and other aspects of development and psychological needs, thereby promoting the team members to create greater organizational performance.
