With the progress of society,team effectiveness is a hot topic in organizational behavior theory and practice research.Leadership behavior and team emotion as two important factors that influence team effectiveness are constantly being scrutiny.In the whole process of production,the development of various activities is driven by the team rather than the individual,and the team work is more likely to be successful than the individual.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to take a team as the subject of research.This study based on the analysis of the related fields of research and practice requirements,to explore the relationship between the positive emotion operation behavior,team emotional intelligence and emotional atmosphere of the team,and their influence on team effectiveness,and emotional labor are analyzed in the regulating effect.The research adopts the method of questionnaire investigation of 13 teams,a total of 277 employees were assessed.The measurement scale of team leadership questionnaire and team members questionnaire in two versions,through the analysis of correlation analysis,regression analysis of the data,the mediating and moderating effects.The results are as follows: first,leadership behavior,positive emotion operation team emotional intelligence and emotional atmosphere have positive effects on team effectiveness;second,leadership behavior and positive emotion operation team emotional intelligence will have positive effects on team emotional atmosphere;third,the team's emotional intelligence and team emotional atmosphere plays a part intermediary role in the positive emotion leadership behavior and team effective operation in fourth,emotional labor;play on team effectiveness,team emotional intelligence,emotional atmosphere and team relationship respectively The moderating mediator between positive emotion operation and team effectiveness is the team's emotional intelligence as a mediator variable and emotional labor as moderator.
