Study On The Information-based Construction Of YJ Company Production Management

It is generally known that highly automated production is a prerequisite for improving the product quality and output for a manufacturing industry. Control system's standardized management can improve the running quality of control system and low maintenance cost.Informationization is a necessary condition for the development of modern manufacturing enterprises. Modern manufacturing enterprises need to make use of modern information technology and information management tools to standardize enterprises 'process, improve the management efficiency of materials, equipment, finance and other activities in the production process of enterprises, and provide information in the production process.Managers can make the right decisions through the information, and realize the rational combination of resources.This article takes YJ Company's production management as research analysis background. By linked up the research fields of production management as a main thread,summarized production management, information construction, process management and related fields, in order to optimize the production management process, explored the path and possible solution for YJ Company's information construction and Implementation. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: first, reviewed the theory of enterprise information construction; second, analyzed the situation and trend of the modern manufacturing enterprise informatization; third, analyzed the present situation and problems of informatization construction of YJ Company, put forward the actual demand of information construction in the production management; fourth, build informationization system for production management that are most applicable to YJ Company; last, combined with possible maintenance needs of the new system, raised targeted maintenance system and safeguard measures. This paper based on the actual demand analysis of YJ Company's information construction, combined with the theory of modern production management information construction, combined theory with practice, by using specialized subject knowledge like Production Management, ERP, Growth Analysis and so on, combined the quantitative method with qualitative method, proposed information construction scheme of YJ Company's information construction, established foundation to YJ Company's information construction of production management.
