Research On Workshop Resources Demand Planning Of LNGC Cargo Containment System Construction

LNGC is one kind of important equipment, is the key link of the liquefied natural gas from exploiting to application. As LNGC carries and stores the liquid natural gas which is combustible and inflammable at-163 ? and also sails under multi-complex circumstance,high safety requirement and complex technology requirement is in demand. LNGC is praised as the “imperial crown jewel” of ship building industry and also the most difficult vessel in the word. The construction of LNGC has three core technology difficulties: the special steam propulsion system, the special super low temperature cargo transfer system and special cargo containment system. Among them the cargo containment system is the most special area of the integral vessel and also the most difficult area of design and construction. Common speaking: cargo containment system is the thermal cover of the LNG. In the early of 2015,DSIC successfully obtained two membrane types LNGC building agreement. The LNGC for our company is a brand new vessel and field. Never commence this business before,especially the construction of cargo containment system there is nothing to reference for us.Therefore DSIC decided to establish cargo containment system assembly division, specially take charge the previous scheme planning and vessel production. The new division in charge of the brand new business, the first we should resolve the manpower planning and allocation.This thesis purpose is analyzing and tiding partly of the LNGC cargo containment system construction. Refer to the HR theory and project management planning and controlling, make the workshop manpower quantity and allocation plan. Firstly, this thesis introduces the theory of planning and controlling in project management and human resources management,especially the theory of project resource formulate and equilibrium and job analyze and design, witch provide the theory basis for thesis; Secondly, introduces the construction and related processes of cargo containment, research the worker classifications and divisions.Thirdly, analyzes the researching process efficiency and the project workload on the base of project planning, then count out the quantity of each profession; Final, according to the project management theory form the workshop manpower planning scheme. Witch including institutional framework, profession design, staff quantity and establish time. Meanwhile utilize project planning and controlling theory to make a project implement plan, verifies the rationality of human resources planning scheme and analyze the equalization of workload and worker quantity by using PROJECT software, and at last make out workshop manpower planning scheme of CCS construction.Workshop human resources planning scheme of CCS construction is the achievement of this dissertation, checked the project planning and human resource allocation by PROJECT software, Prove the thesis completely can be used as the new division guidance scheme.
