In today's society,human resources have become the most important resource of all kinds of resources,which has been widely recognized.Due to the supply side reform of the electricity market,the market environment has also undergone tremendous changes.The seller market dominated by power generation enterprises has been transformed into the buyer market dominated by power users.With the opening of the electricity market and the increase of the degree of marketization,how to base on the long-term and seek the best benefit of the enterprise by improving the level of human resource planning of the power generation enterprises has become an important issue facing the power generation enterprises.For a modem power generation enterprise,improving the level of human resource planning has become an important reason for the long-term and healthy development of the enterprise.Prime.This paper,based on the reform of the electricity market,brings forward the importance of scientific human resource planning for power generation enterprises,and points out the positive role of human resource planning in the development of enterprises.Taking Suqian Power Generation Co.,Ltd.of National Energy Group as an example,this paper summarizes the theory and method of human resource planning,expounds the function,principle,process and method of human resource planning,and establishes the theoretical basis of human resource planning research of Suqian Power Plant.Suqian Power Plant has undergone several management mode changes,and is facing the expansion of units.There is a big gap between the current human resources and future requirements,both in terms of quality and quantity.Firstly,the author makes an in-depth study of the development history of Suqian Power Plant,and understands the different management modes and the human resources management situation of Suqian Power Plant in different periods.Then,by analyzing the current human resources situation and human resources management situation of Suqian Power Plant,the author puts forward the existing problems in the human resources structure and human resources management of Suqian Power Plant.Through the internal and external environment of human resources in Suqian Power Plant,combined with the current situation of human resources and the development of the company,and using the method of forecasting the demand and supply of human resources synthetically,the demand and supply of human resources in Suqian Power Plant are forecasted.On this basis,through the study of human resources management planning in Suqian Power Plant,the human resources in Suqian Power Plant are forecasted.The problems existing in the current situation of human resources put forward feasible suggestions and plans for the human resources planning of Suqian Power Plant,including the quantity planning of human resources,education and training planning,post standardization planning,recruitment system planning,labor relations planning and so on.By analyzing the current situation of human resources in Suqian Power Plant,the author formulates the corresponding human resources management plan.Meanwhile,the author puts forward effective measures to ensure the realization of enterprise strategic objectives through human resources planning in the process of facing the replacement of large and small units and the replacement of management mode.Although the research object of this paper is Suqian Power Plant,it can be used as a reference for human resource management of the same type of enterprises in China.At the same time,I hope that through my research,can play a certain role in promoting the work of human resources management.
