With the deepen people's cognition of fuel cell technology, more and more fuel cell products have been developed, since 2013 commercial fuel cell automotive products have been released to push the history since the peak of the fuel cell industry development.Currently, the fuel cell industry is undoubtedly the most concern is the fuel cell vehicle related technologies and products, fuel cells are regarded as the most promising alternative to the traditional internal combustion engine power generation platform. XY company is China's first dedicated to proton exchange membrane fuel cell industry joint-stock enterprises, the company set the fuel cell research and development, transformation, system integration, standards, personnel training, practice the industrialization is equal to one, is regarded as domestic fuel cell industry leading enterprises.Based on the strategic management theory and marketing theory, this paper studies the development strategy of XY fuel cell commercial development as the research object. Through the field research of the enterprise, the status quo of the fuel cell commercialization development project of XY company is analyzed, in order to seek the commercial development strategy of the project. According to the strategic objectives of enterprises, combined with the current situation of the development of industry, market competition, technical feasibility and future market demand analysis, and on the strategic direction of the business, marketing strategy and the development of business model design, so as to formulate the strategy.Later the fuel cell project investment provides complete and direction of economic and technical information for this paper, the development of the fuel cell industry will have the attention of the whole society, so the commercialization of fuel cell will become an important investment direction in the future.
