Empirical Study On Current Employment Situation And Its Influencing Factors Of Farmers And Herders Who Lose Their Land In Lasa

Land is the livelihood of the people,is the survival capital of farmers and herdsmen.As the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,more and more land is levied by the government or the third-party builders,the original role of land has changed,land can no longer be used for agricultural production,farmers and herdsmen can't rely on the land any more,the number of landless group is increased dramatically.Landless farmers and herdsmen are in the bottom of society,their education level is lower,and lack of non-farm employment skills generally,After the loss of land,their income was decreased,and also have a great difficulty in basic living,and a serious decline in life quality.It is a hot topic in the study of analyzing the factors and causes that affect the employment of landless peasants and herdsmen,to improve the quality of life and employ ability of landless peasants and herdsmen in order to promote their sustainable development.This study taken the employment situation of landless peasants and herdsmen in Lhasa as an example,and carried out field research.The thesis is written on the basis of the research data.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part clarifies the background significance of the employment of landless peasants and herdsmen,relevant literature at home and abroad,research methods,ideas framework innovation and deficiencies.Clear-cut the key point and difficult point of the study to ensure the expected purpose of it.The second part defines the related concepts,expounds the relationship between the concepts,and supports the research by using the relevant theories.To guide the practice with theory,and achieve the unity of both theory and practice.The third part takes the landless peasants and herdsmen in Naiqiong Town,Duilong Deqing District as the object of investigation,and conducts field investigation through home interview and questionnaire survey.Started from the changes of age distribution,education situation,occupational distribution,employment channel and family year Income,and empirical research of impact factors for landless peasants' employment,then conduct an overall and comprehensive analysis of the status quo on the employment status of landless peasants and herdsmen.reveal the problems of farmers and herdsman in employment.The fourth part points out the problems in the employment of landless peasants: the current employment situation of landless peasants and herdsmen is not optimistic,the quality of employment is lower,the income is less,the employment channel is narrow and lack of stability.From their own point of view,the landless peasants and herdsmen generally have low educational level,lack of non-agricultural employment skills,etc.they are too believed in the idea of “rely on” and“wait for”,too conservative in ideological understanding,and even have obstacles in language communication,have a weak legal awareness and religious beliefs are more important than the family economy Growth,so that their employment enthusiasm is not that high.From the government level,the help and guide from the government is not enough,including the small loans and other financial support policies.There are few employment guidance training services,and the compensation is too single,employment information is not circulation;In addition,the participant and help from the intermediary organizations,employment services guidance agencies,markets Third-party organizations is limited,the provided employment placement is less,which cannot accommodate a large number of surplus labor.The fifth part is about the countermeasures and suggestions on solving the employment problem: strengthening the cultural construction of the landless peasants and herdsmen,raising the human capital stock,giving full play to the main status of the farmers and herdsmen;increasing the material reserves of the landless peasants and herdsmen,adjusting the regional industrial structure,determining the concept of urban and rural integration,establishing the urban and rural integrated employment market;improving the employment security system,broadening the employment channels,establishing diversified employment services system of government,community,and the third party organizations,to protect employment of landless farmers andherdsmen.Finally,is the conclusion,a summarize of the full text,and prospects for future research and recommendations.
