Investigation And Analysis On The Employment Situation Of Landless Peasants In Coal Depression Area Of Yongcheng City Henan Province

With the economic development of Yongcheng City,coal mining and the rising industrial agglomeration zone industrial park,occupies a lot of land,making most of the farmers lost their land.As the compensation situation is not optimistic,it is difficult to maintain the livelihood of a family,employment has become an urgent need to solve the problem of landless peasants.The paper,the landless peasants in the coal mine subsidence area of Yongcheng City were selected as the research objects.According to the occupational categories,305 samples were obtained to study the basic situation of the landless peasants and their employment,analyze the factors influencing the employment of the landless peasants,and find out the employment of the landless peasants And put forward policy suggestions for the employment of landless peasants,and provide reference for more landless peasants to solve the employment problems.The paper,the Pearson correlation test is used to test the influence of its own factors on the employment of landless peasants,and the macroscopic social factors,government factors and market factors are described and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:individual characteristics,family characteristics,The willingness to be levied and their compensation,respectively,and the employment of landless peasants have a significant relationship;social factors in the level of urbanization farmers have a positive impact on employment,and the local industrial structure and economic development level of landless peasant employment did not bring Positive factors;government support and government support have a positive impact on the employment of landless peasants;market factors in employment information channels,job market job capacity,employment agencies have an impact on the employment of landless peasants.At present,there are some problems such as the low quality of the landless peasants,the shortcomings of land requisition compensation,the irrational regional economic structure,the lack of employment policy support and the imperfect labor market.According to the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the quality education of landless peasants,improve the land compensation system,adjust the economic industry to expand the social employment,perfect the policy implementation,and establish and perfect the labor market.
