"Silk Road Economic Belt" is a common historical and cultural heritage of all countries in the world.The construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt is a great cause for the benefit of people all over the world.Important cities along the lines of China,such as Xi'an,Lanzhou,Urumqi and so on,have carried out field research and formulate development plans to integrate into the construction of the silk road.Developing inclusive finance has risen as a national development strategy.Because of the situation of Socio-economic development relatively backward in the western region,it's time for inclusive finance to play a role of support effectively in the economic construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.In this context,combining the economic characteristics of the region along the Silk Road,this paper select the sample city,setting up the three dimensions of inclusive financial measurement index system,and measuring the level of the development of node cities along the silk road with variance coefficient confirming weight value.Then using the panel vector autoregressive model(pvar)to study the dynamic relationship between inclusive finance and non-performing loan ratio,urbanization rate,urban-rural income gap ratio.The result of empirical research show that:With the risk of non-performing loans has accumulated to a certain extent,the rising of the rate of non-performing loans have a negative effect on the inclusive financial.The income gap between urban and rural areas is related to inclusive financial in the early stages of the economy,and it is related to the negative in the later stages of economic development.The impact of urbanization on the financial level of northwest of the Silk Road Economic Belt is not obvious.Finally,the policy recommendations on how to improve the inclusive financial level in the silk road economic belt.
