The project of taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty,which launched by Chinese government since 2013,achieved great success nationwide in last two years.However,there still is an innegligible issue that is the absence of poor farmers' subjectivity in poverty governance.Thus,the poverty governance in some places stuck in the dilemma of excessive reliance on external poverty alleviation resources,which resulting in the dilemma of insufficient endogenous development power.Besides,some poor farmers would be trapped in poverty again once they lost external supports.Therefore,how to rebuilt poor farmers' subjectivity in poverty governance is the key issue of current rural poverty alleviation project.Based on the above problems,this study basing on the theory of endogenous development and governance theory described the institutional and social factors of the absence of farmers' subjectivity in poverty governance,analyzed its causes,logic and mechanism,and tried to propose a possible route for stimulating farmers' subjectivity and endogenous development power enhancement in rural China.
