Research On The Path Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives Participating In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Common prosperity is the essential feature of socialism and a fundamental principle that must be adhered to in the course of reform.On the road of common prosperity,no one is left behind to assume the sacred mission and responsibility of the Communist Party of China.Mission leads the future and responsibility calls for practice.So the report of the 18 th National Congress of 2012 put forward to ensure that a well-off society will be built in an all-round way by 2020.Faced with the existence of 98.99 million poor people,China began to implement target poverty alleviation.According to the data of 2018,the povertystricken population in the countryside has been reduced to 16.6 million,with a cumulative decrease of 82.39 million,with an average annual decrease of 13.7317 million.The incidence of poverty has dropped from 10.2% in 2012 to 1.7% in 2018.China's poverty alleviation achievements are called "unprecedented achievements",and the target poverty alleviation strategy is called "the only way to achieve the ambitious goals of the sustainable development agenda of 2030".Achievements in target poverty alleviation are so great because of multiple reasons.Combining with the author's field observation,it is found that farmers specialized cooperatives play an important role in target poverty alleviation and are an important grasp of target poverty alleviation.Then why can farmers specialized cooperatives be embedded in the target poverty alleviation,and what kind of role paths are constructed in the target poverty alleviation,which has become the research content of this paper.Following the thinking method of the unification of question chain and meaning chain,with the help of case analysis method,this paper takes the path of farmers specialized cooperatives' participation in target poverty alleviation as the research object,takes the endogenous development theory and participatory development theory as the theoretical basis,takes shaping the endogenous development motive force and subjectivity of the poverty subject as the core point of view,and takes the realization of empowered participation of the poverty subject and comprehensive poverty alleviation as the core point of view.The construction of sustainable poverty alleviation and value pursuit are studied.The train of thought is as follows: firstly,the practical predicament of target poverty alleviation is compared with the operational advantages of farmer specialized cooperatives,and the reasons why farmer specialized cooperatives can participate in target poverty alleviation are analyzed;secondly,on the basis of analyzing the inherent logic of farmer specialized cooperatives participating in target poverty alleviation,the theoretical judgment of farmers' specialized cooperatives participating in target poverty alleviation path is carried out;thirdly,with practice.Finally,it summarizes the Enlightenment of farmer specialized cooperatives' participation in target poverty alleviation from four aspects: identification with accuracy,diversity of patterns,multi-source of subjects and persistence of benefits,and concludes the reflection of farmer specialized cooperatives' participation in target poverty alleviation from the four dimensions of poverty alleviation,grassroots governance,Rural Revitalization and rural modernization.Meaning,thus outlines a panoramic picture of farmer specialized cooperatives participating in target poverty alleviation.
