In recent years,the insurance industry has developed rapidly,CPIC has been leading the industry for four consecutive years,and has achieved excellent results.However,in the current rapid growth of employment in life insurance industry,life insurance record workers,CPIC is faced with marketing push model does not substantially change,independent field team consciousness,team management ability is difficult to meet the needs of the team of rapid growth,the sales manager as the team's crucial middle managers the ability of ascension.But the CPIC to sales manager pointed,systematic and scientific training system has not yet formed,lack the necessary training needs analysis,and the training content and form is still a single,simple straightforward for training management and training effect evaluation,improving the capacity of sales manager of the middle managers need to first establish the premise of scientific and reasonable training system,and the first company to the sales department manager ability short board has a clear assessment,in order to support combination of company development strategy,the current stage of development and present situation as well as the sales manager practical ability comprehensive considerations,the three factors can be targeted to design effective and reasonable training system.Competency related theory and practice are widely used in this study,in this paper,in combination with the practical situation of life insurance industry characteristics and CPIC,by CPIC sales manager training system existing problem of the thorough analysis,the author thinks that only when the competency concept is introduced,trying to build the business department manager competency model,through the model of standard for current study ability quality,and then design the corresponding training system based on competency,to targeted training work,to improve sales manager quality and ability of targeted,to promote the coordinated development of corporate strategy.In the process of training system design,this article obtains from the competency training needs analysis,focusing on the training plan formulation and implementation,with the aim to work training effect evaluation,is not perfect and improve the sales manager training system,the system based on competency of CPIC sales manager training system building.
