Research On Structural Reform Of Supply Side Of Jiuquan City

At present,the development of China's social economy has entered the critical stage of the modernization process.Compared with the structural reform of the supply side,The implementation of demand side management has been unable to adapt to China's economic construction and social development needs.Therefore,in order to adapt to the new economic norm,China must be on the supply side structural reform.The implementation of the structural reform of the supply side not only has a certain impact on China's economic construction and social development,but also related to the development of all levels of society as a whole and the key to the sustainable development of China's economy.And whether the success of the enterprise in the supply side reform process,production and supply side of the quality and efficiency can be improved,a direct response to the effectiveness of the reform.This paper first analyzes the background of the structural reform of the supply side in China and studies the relevant theories.Then,taking the structural reform of the supply side of Jiuquan City as an example,Based on the existing problems of the social and economic structure of Jiuquan City,on the basis of elaborating the significance and current situation of the structural reform of the supply side,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of "removing the production capacity,eliminating the inventory,reducing the leverage,reducing the cost,filling short board " Five aspects,through the study of Jiuquan City reform and development process,analysis of Jiuquan City supply reform faced by the plight,and to find a solution to the sound and perfect in line with the city of Jiuquan City,the reform measures.To study the structural reform of the supply side of Jiuquan City,we will use the data comparative analysis method,the literature method,the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in this paper.The research shows that:(1)Jiuquan City has achieved initial results in five aspects: " removing the production capacity,eliminating the inventory,reducing the leverage,reducing the cost,filling short board ".However,due to structural aspects of the supply side of the city involved in all aspects of reform,so Jiuquan supply side of the structural reform is still in the crucial period.(2)The government plays a central role in the structural reform of the supply side of Jiuquan City.The government needs to introduce relevant incentive policies and take effective measures.At the same time,the enterprises will actively cooperate with the government reform so that the enterprises can successfully complete the supply side reform.
