WF City Audit Bureau Project Organization Management Model Research

As an important method,the government audit can effectively supervise the legitimacy and effectiveness of the state financial capital.It plays a very important"immune system" function in perfecting governance and supervision of financial capital.In recent years,the audit supervision coverage is more and more big,the government audit involves a broader scope and the audit project began to develop in the direction of large-scale and complication.In such a situation,the original audit project organization structure have been unable to meet the demand of increasingly diverse work.All kinds of contradictions became increasingly highlighted.All of this severely restricts the further development of audit work.Therefore,study on innovation of organization management mode which in government audit project is very important.This paper elaborated background and significance of the topic and introduced the research results of the domestic and foreign government audit project organization and management mode.It analyzed the characteristics and disadvantages of project organization and management mode of WF audit bureau by using the theory of project management and auditing.Then it analyzed the reasons of the defects.In research methods,this paper studied the experience of Tianjin audit office because its organization management mode is more successful.Attended by the illumination of tianjin mode,This paper analyzed the choice of the audit project structure mode of organization and management and established the management system and the specific implementation.Finally,the paper put forward the suggestions to WF audit bureau about how to build the audit project organization and management mode and provide the reference for organization management mode in national audit project.
