Research On Human Resource Optimization Configuration Of A Reservoir Hydropower Construction Project

The A Reservoir Hydropower Project is located in middle reach of the W River at F City with A Reservoir in the north.This Project is built for agricultural irrigation and power generation,as well as giving full play to A Reservoir in terms of residents' water supply and industrial process water.It is important to people's livelihood and the development of local economy.As a large project,it has been faced with some problems in recent years,which made it failed to keep pace with the times.Among them,the human resource allocation has affected staff's morale,and also caused low efficiency,unplesant coordination among various departments and low resource utilization.All these reduces the progress of the whole project..In order to accelerate the progress of the project and the completion of construction task,it is necessary to develop a more effective allocation plan of human resources as soon as possible,which is particularly important for the project.This paper used a combination method of literature review and case analysis to study the problems of human resource management in the constnction and opeation of the A reservoir project.This research includes of:(1)an overview of human resource management in construction projects;(2)an analysis of the human resource allocation situation of the A reservoir hydropower construction project;(3)a study of the optimal allocation of human resources in the A reservoir hydropower construction project;(4)the implementation and evaluation of the human resources optimization plan.Through the research,this paper argues that the development of enterprises must establish the idea which the human resource is the first productive force,and enterprises must fully carry forward the idea to the practice of construction project.In the construction of hydropower projects,the need for a comprehensive allocation of resources,especially the allocation of the human resources,becomes the primary problem.In order to achieve the overall goal of construction of hydropower projects and to ensure that various constructions carry out in an orderly manner,one must fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of each employee and makes good use of their abilities.A large number of construction projects and production experience shows that different allocations of human resources will have different performance.Using scientific methods to optimize the allocation of the human resources is an important way to solve the existing problems of the A reservoir hydropower construction project.The timely optimization of the allocation of human resources in this project is the key to ensure the rights and interests of each employee,to improve their work efficiency and the successful completion of the project.
