Research On Bank Training Project Management Based On Life Cycle

Due to increasingly intense market competition,branches of banks are confronted with severe and long lasting pressure.Banks need to continue to strengthen the training of employees in order to maintain the vitality of the organization in case of being eliminated in the intense competition.Based on the knowledge of project management,this paper uses the theory of project life cycle to optimize systematically the design of the bank training project management,and take the research of A bank as an example.This paper summarizes the basic concepts and theories involved in research,the necessity and feasibility of the application of project life cycle theory on staff training;secondly,design the project life cycle model for bank training according to the banks' characteristics which meet the demand of bank training.According to the training needs analysis,training plan making,implementation and evaluation feedback to strengthen the training process control to ensure the quality of training;thirdly,take A bank transformation training project as an example,studies of the training project,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in the training.This study has not only direct guiding significance for A bank transformation training project,but also a general reference for other bank branch training projects.
