Share the knowledge economy era,let people live and work and the work of enterprise management into a new way of thinking,to create a new trend with the development of the situation,let those who has not forgotten personal and organizational learning can maintain the core competitiveness,win in such an era,has become a big winner.For enterprises,the project has a complete life cycle,such as vocational training,this enterprise project has been in modern enterprises occupy the important position of human resources management.Whether the training is scientific and effective is a necessary premise and a solid foundation for enterprises to maintain their creativity and market competitiveness.Therefore,it is very necessary,or for the project life cycle vocational training,improve quality and level is very urgent.However,in the domestic enterprises,vocational training in the entire life cycle is still problematic,there are many errors,there is no obvious effect.The author will present a series of research results based on the grasp,combined with the current status of occupation training and exposure to the entire project during the life cycle of enterprise of our country to a series of problems,choose the perspective of the whole life cycle of enterprise,then the research object will focus on JC company's internal staff training,"how to match the enterprise" the life cycle of the project staff in the occupation training basic model and the company's development stage of this research topic,the focus falls on the life cycle of the staff training model for each project enterprise life cycle,this study will enterprise training and enterprise human resources management provides an important theoretical research value and practical significance.This article from the perspective of project management is applied in training,by constructing the training model,the process of project management in project management promote the training management,help enterprises to properly configure training resources,to better do a good job in training to achieve the target of the enterprise.Based on the project management theory,the process model of training project management is constructed based on the actual situation of training business.Mainly includes the start of the training program,training project plan,the implementation of training programs,training,project control and training program of finishing,and focuses on training program evaluation.The specific ideas of this paper are discussed as follows: chapter 1: introduction.This paper introduces the background of the problem and points out the significance of this thesis.This paper describes the research status at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the main content and innovation points of this paper.Chapter 2: theoretical overview of vocational training in project life cycle.Project life cycle theory,the definition of life cycle management theory,introduced the basic theory of life cycle model training,in-depth analysis become the life cycle of organization,and illustrates the building life cycle and way the main points of the enterprises need to pay attention to.Chapter 3: construction and analysis of vocational training based on project life cycle.Based on the construction principle and method of the project life-cycle vocational training mode,the contents and contents of the project life cycle vocational training are analyzed.Chapter 4: employee training cases of JC company based on project life cycle.Take JC company as an example to analyze the training mode and training effect of the life cycle phase of the enterprise.Chapter 6: conclusion.Finally,the paper concludes with the conclusion,and puts forward some Suggestions for research and research.
