The problem that how to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas has always been the government and academia attention and urgent need to solve.It isnot only the new conception to guide the "Thirteen Five" development and to built a comprehensive success for the well-off society,but also the concentrated expression of more than 30 yearsreform and opening up in both development practice part and development experience part in China.so it is self-evident of its importance and significance.In the first part,this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,combs the theoretical basis and development of urban and rural regional coordinated development.The status quo of research on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas at home and abroad is briefly described.The second part first defines the definition and content of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Based on Marx and Engels' theory of urban and rural integration,this paper combines Mao Zedong's thought on urban-rural relations,Deng Xiaoping's thought of urban-rural interaction development,Hu Jintao's theory of urban and rural development,Xi Jinping's coordinated development concept of urban and rural development,The relationship provides precise and practical theoretical guidance.In the third part,with the guidance of the theoretical basis,this paper takes the Tongguan County of Shaanxi Province as an example,combined with a lot of information and literature,first introduced Tongguan in recent years urban and rural economy,industry,agriculture,urbanization level,social livelihood protection five aspects The achievement.And then pointed out that Tongguan at this stage in the industrial structure,rural infrastructure,rural public services,rural cultural water and other aspects of the outstanding problems still exist,and analysis of the main causes of the current stage of the problem:transformation and upgrading speed is slow,do not attach importance to information development,Pay attention to the equalization of services,agricultural supply reform and so on.Finally,this paper starts from the current situation of Tongguan County,takes the local government's policy policy as the basic basis,follows the elements and connotation of the coordinated development of urban-rural relations,analyzes the advantages and characteristics of the local rural development,analyzes and studies the current urban-rural gap Too big problem,to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural ideas and programs.First,to speed up the transformation and upgrading to vigorously promote the development of new industrialization;second,to enhance service applications to vigorously promote the development of new information technology;third,to speed up the construction and sharing to vigorously promote the development of new urbanization;,In the transformation of agricultural development in the way to promote the development of new agricultural modernization;Fifth,to strengthen the co-ordination to speed up the overall promotion of urban and rural development.And strive to find a link can not only contact the majority of the small town of urban and rural gap between the status quo common,but also solve the problem of Tongguan own problem.
