The Shantytown Renovation Project Introduces The Risk Management Research Of PPP Mode

With the rapid development of economy and society,many defects under the traditional financing mode can not meet the needs of reality.The introduction of the PPP model can overcome the shortcomings of government departments,such as short supply of funds,inefficient management and risk control,which provides an opportunity for government projects to introduce social capital.At present,China is vigorously pushing forward renovation of shanty towns and PPP model can help achieve a win-win situation of Public-private Partnerships.Beside,people give a great deal of attention to this construction and the service requirements are getting higher.Therefore it is necessary to carry out the risk management research of PPP model in order to ensure the successful fulfillment of shantytowns reconstruction project.This paper takes the transformation project of L village shantytown in Zhengzhou as the case object,and studies the risk management of PPP model in the reconstruction project of shantytown.The author has compiled a large number of literatures and writings related to PPP model and project risk management and found out the theoretical system suitable for this paper,systematically analyzing the risk management process of case project.The results of the study show that the combination of various methods can effectively identify the project risk in the risk identification stage.In the risk evaluation stage,the failure model and the effect analysis method are used to determine the influence degree of each risk,and then the main risk in the project is clarified.The government departments and social capital enjoy a reasonable share of main risk before the project and then make preventive and control measures which are aimed to protect the smooth progress of the project.The successful implementation of this project has played an exemplary role in the risk management of PPP projects in shantytowns.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the risk management of PPP model,hoping to contribute to the research in related fields.
