A Study On The Income Effect Of Rural Households Under The Transfer Of Rural Land In Yanjin County

Rural land transfer is an important measure to realize the scale operation of land and speed up the transfer of rural labor force.With the implementation of land transfer system,whether land transfer can bring tangible income for farmers can reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas is a realistic In this paper,the proposition is put forward,and the above problems are demonstrated.Based on the survey data of 228 households in four townships of Yanjin County,the income effect of farmers under the rural land circulation is analyzed.The basic goal of the country to promote the rural land circulation is to increase the income of farmers,the impact of land transfer on the income of farmers has been a lot of people from the multi-dimensional analysis,this paper is mainly from Henan Province,grain production counties Yanjin County to collect data,Based on the questionnaire data for descriptive analysis,a comprehensive analysis of land transfer and farmer income interaction between the effects.This paper first explores the existing problems from the three variables that may affect the income of the farmers in the survey,that is,the land flow,the land flow into and out of the household,and the data screening.Secondly,the three types of farmers surveyed in accordance with the 2013(before circulation),2015(after the transfer)of the various types of income changes in a longitudinal comparison to find out the changes in their income before and after the transfer.And then different types of farmers at the same time the node on the different horizontal comparison.Find out the problems and reasons.Once again the per capita net income of farmers is divided into four intervals,the statistics of different income range of farmers accounted for the situation,to find out whether the income of farmers on the existence of land transfer reaction.Through the actual research and development of land transfer under the scale effect and the relationship between farmers' income,and finally the typical farmers before and after the detailed analysis of the flow.The results show that: firstly,the income of farmers under land transfer is higher than that of non-participants,and the increase of land transfer household income is mainly reflected in the increase of agricultural income and the increase of income of land transfer households.More time to go out to work,made more workers income,and not flow of income is not obvious enough,but the income structure changes,agricultural income accounted for a further reduction.Second,migrant workers with high incomes are more likely to abandon their cultivated land and choose to transferfactors,which bear the big risk and is not conducive to the implementation ofland transfer system.Fourth,a large and stable non-farm employment opportunities are necessary for farmers to carry out land transfer.The more opportunities for non-farm jobs,the stronger the willingness of farmers to move out of land,the greater the share of land area.
