Research On The Construction Of Green Energy Economic Belt From The Perspective Of “Belt And Road”

Energy is the basic driver of global economic development and the foundation for human survival.The shortage of fossil energy growing has already can’t meet the needs of the development of world economy,coupled with the consumption of fossil energy cause irreversible damage to the ecological environment,low carbon and clean green energy to be a new source of energy for all countries to develop.The One Belt And One Road initiative has promoted the development of energy cooperation between China and the One Belt And One Road countries,which is of great significance to China’s energy development.The One Belt And One Road platform could remove excess capacity from China,improve the quality of China’s economy and optimize its industrial structure.We can import the fossil fuels from countries along the One Belt And One Road,and export it to countries through clean technology,and optimize China’s energy mix.We can strengthen cooperation and development of green energy and ease the conflict between environment and energy consumption.Based on the need for green energy,China has proposed a green energy economic belt under the "One Belt And One Road" framework.In this paper,the paper reviews China and the One Belt And One Road countries the status of fossil energy and green energy,research has found that China is rich in coal reserves and high consumption,high external dependency of oil,the use of green energy will further improve;The Middle East and central Asian countries have abundant oil and natural gas resources;European and Eurasian countries are leading the world in the development of Marine energy and wind energy.After analyzing the state energy cooperation between China and the One Belt And One Road countries,the energy cooperation between China and the five central Asian countries is mainly based on oil and gas.Energy cooperation with Saudi Arabia,Iran,Iraq and other countries in the Middle East is mainly oil.It has more energy cooperation with southeast Asia,South Asia and European countries.Studies between China and the One Belt And One Road countries energy cooperation is most of fossil fuels,namely energy economy is now fossil energy economy.Cooperation and development of green energy to energy security and environmental protection is important,therefore,this article puts forward the idea of building a green energy economy,and put forward the construction of green energy economy using business,and to move a farmer to a town is generally reversed.green financial funding support,establish a connectivity infrastructure,leading enterprises "going out",and measures to promote the development of energy on the Internet.
