Under the background of economic globalization,China's macroeconomic slowdown,many of the consumption of coal as the main fuel industry demand for coal imports fell sharply,coal demand increased significantly,the adjustment of energy structure,the country put forward the influence of multiple factors such as higher requirements on environmental protection,coal industry over nearly ten years the extraordinary development cycle,the coal industry situation changed greatly.In this economic situation,to maintain their competitiveness,to improve the level of performance management,is the enterprise must face the problem.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is through the analysis of Shenhua Group sales performance management situation,using the theory of Balanced Scorecard,helping enterprises to improve the performance appraisal system,to improve the enthusiasm of the staff,to achieve the goal of enterprise development.Firstly,based on analyzing the current situation of performance management research,clear The research contents and research methods.Secondly,on the basis of the theory of performance appraisal,the interview of Shenhua current performance management tool was analyzed and pointed out the deficiencies and problems existing in the performance management.Thirdly,according to the Shenhua Group performance appraisal problems,combined with the company's performance management objectives and development strategy a set of design,based on the theory of the Balanced Scorecard performance management system for enterprise development and strategic goals to establish reliable execution.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance management system,proposes the relevant guarantee measures.
