With the development of modern economy to a high degree of informatization and internationalization,strategic management and performance management become an important part of corporate management.Balanced scorecard from strategy to performance,as one of the most important management tools,has been universally recognized.In today's society,the contribution of Internet enterprises to national economy is more and more important,and the importance of performance evaluation is self-evident.Company A is China's largest share-type Internet financial platform,but also China's leading internet entrepreneurial eco-platform,research a company's performance evaluation will give other Internet enterprises to introduce a balanced scorecard for reference.At the same time,there are still many problems in the development of Internet enterprises,so it is imperative to study the performance management and its application of Internet enterprises in order to introduce and apply the balanced scorecard in a wider range.By studying the historical evolution of corporate performance management in China,found that the balance scorecard in China's Internet industry import situation is not optimistic,taking into account the improvement of my Internet enterprise performance management level,and then produced a balanced scorecard applied to the Internet Enterprise performance management evaluation of the idea to make up for the Internet Enterprise performance management deficiencies,thus perfecting the performance management evaluation system of Internet enterprises.In the research,select the representative company a in the emerging Internet industry as the case enterprise,and use the field investigation method to obtain the practice and the relevant data of a company's performance appraisal.According to the survey results,summarize the present situation of a company's performance management evaluation system and summarize the main problems,and provide support for the introduction of the Balanced Sorecard as a performance management evaluation system.Combined with the status and characteristics of the performance appraisal of a company,a Balanced Scorecard as a performance management tool is finally determined.According to a company's strategy,mission and vision,based on the previous research results,from the financial perspective,customer perspective,internal flow angle and learning and growth point of view to build a Balanced Scorecard performance management evaluation indicators.By using the analytic hierarchy process to confirm the weights of the company's performance indicators,the effectiveness coefficient method is used to grade each index,and the main problem of applying the balanced scorecard as a performance management evaluation system is studied.Through the research,it is found that the balanced Scorecard is applicable to the management of a company's performance evaluation,which can effectively improve the performance level of a company,so as to realize the target and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
