Research On Reserve Production Capacity Of Emergency Supplies Of Government And Enterprises Based On Evolutionary Game

In recent years,various emergencies frequently happen and greatly broken the safty of people's life and property,which bring a very bad effect on the development of a harmonious society.The production capacity reserve of emergency supplies is an important content of emergency management,get attention of many scholars.In the past,the quantitative study of emergency supplies production capacity reserve more reserves based on participants' rational assumption,but in practice,composed by natural persons of the government and enterprises in the decision-making process could not be completely rational.Therefore,this paper based on the limited theory of evolutionary game theory to study the emergency supplies production capacity reserve management.Firstly,introducing the current research and related theories from the three aspects of the emergency supplies reserves and the production capacity reserves and the application of evolutionary game theory.Secondly,for the characteristics of the enterprise reserves production capacity with the government subsidises,establishing and analyzing the evolutionary game model of the enterprise reserves production capacity with the government subsidises,indicates that the key factors influence the decision;Though the enterprise reserves production capacity can solve the problem of part of the emergency supplies reserves,but for some materials is more suitable for government and enterprises to build production capacity,so on the basis of analyzing the government and enterprises to bulid production capacity,establishing and analyzing the evolutionary game model of the government and enterprises to bulid production capacity,throuh the numerical model of analysis,the factors that affect to build production capacity.Finally,analyzing the anti-flu drug production capacity in Zhejiang province generation storage case,the conclusion by using model analysis of existing problems put forward the improvement suggestions,provide experience for other types of emergency supplies store and production capacity,considering there is no practical cases in buliding production capacity,proposed to reference defense industry investment diversificationadvice,and advances some advice on the application of evolutional model in buliding production capacity.
