With the development of modern logistics industry,the logistics industry gathering area is produced,but in the process of the development of the logistics industry gathering area,it has met the unprecedented challenge.Confusion of the rapid development of modern logistics industry gathering area and development,put forward the urgent demand of objective research on logistics industry gathering area,at the same time as the research strategy of logistics park has unique characteristics,lack of specialized research.The iron and steel logistics industry gathering area plays an important role in the process of local economic development,attracting a large number of workers and managers,pulling the population to cities and towns,has an important role in promoting the economic development of Qian’an city.But the need to solve in the primary stage,cooperation is not coherent,interest mechanism is not perfect,and the government is not in place and other problems,construct scientific planning,perfecting system and overall sustainable healthy and orderly development zone.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars gathered in the aspects of gathering,logistics industry,analyzes the main problems of the present steel logistics industry gathering area,and then summarizes the research ideas and priorities,and reviews the related theory of steel logistics,development strategy,laid the theoretical foundation for the following study.Secondly,the paper analyzes the internal and external environment and the scale of the development of the gathering area of the northern iron and steel logistics industry,and provides a way to solve the problem of the slow development of the gathering area.Thirdly,through the SWOT analysis,a comprehensive analysis of the development characteristics of the north steel logistics industry cluster district from the strengthsweaknesses opportunities and threats of the four aspects,provide the basis for the specified gathering area development strategy.Finally,combining with the north steel logistics industry gathering area situation,proposed gathering area development strategy guiding ideology,development goal,strategic choice,strategic positioning,and specify the implementation and the corresponding security measures,to ensure that the development strategy of effective landing.
