Study On The Collaborative Innovation Evaluation Of High-tech Industry In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

With the progress of science and technology,high-tech industry has achieved rapid development and has become an important part to promote the economic development of countries or regions.At present,the rapid development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region has become another plate of Chinese high-tech industry,which is next only to the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta.While,factors such as the unreasonable allocation of resources,these three regions' unbalanced development and the lack of cooperation have restricted the development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region seriously.Along with “innovative country” being proposed,collaborative innovation has become an effective way to promote the development of high-tech industry.This paper evaluates and analyzes the collaborative innovation situation of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and proposes recommendations to promote the development of high-tech industry collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.First,this paper expounds the research background and significance,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the high-tech industry,collaborative innovation,synergetics and entropy weight method theories.Second,it introduces the development status and innovation development status of high-tech industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions,and then analyzes the collaborative innovation development status and the problems in the development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Again,it studies the collaborative innovation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industry based on the relevant theories and objective;then it constructs the evaluation index system of high-tech industry under the principles of constructing evaluation index system;and then it constructs the evaluation model of high-tech industry collaborative innovation.Finally,it evaluates and analyzes the collaborative innovation situation of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and finds that the orderly degree of high-tech industry innovation development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions is not high enough,and there is a gap between the three regions,and the collaborativeinnovation development level of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is low.In response to these situations,this paper proposes recommendations to promote the development of high-tech industry collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Through the study,it provides some references for the development of high-tech industry collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,which is of great significance to promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative strategy.
