With a new generation of information technology and the advent of knowledge economy,the development of global industry is no longer a simple transfer of industries or scale expansion.Instead,it appears to be collaborative innovation no matter from the horizontal between areas or vertical as in industries.At the same time,regional collaborative innovation which was represented by innovative clusters has become the new driving force of regional economic growth based on the arrival of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the return of the manufacturing industry.In 2014,President Xi Jinping proposed to build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community,so that collaborative innovation has more influence to the development of China's regional innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.High technology industry is a new economic growth point of the development of countries,as well as a leading industry which is driven by innovation,which means that it can promote the development of other industries and the whole region.The medicine manufacturing industry is an important part of the high-tech industry,and also involves in people's livelihood and national economy as well as one of the pillar industries of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.So this paper selects the the pharmaceutical industry of high technology industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research subject.It makes the evaluation of collaborative innovation,which provides the basis for formulating collaborative innovation policy of high technology industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei more accurately.This paper firstly clarifies the background and significance of the research and fully demonstrated the necessity;Secondly reviews the development and related literature of regional high-tech industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing theory,which enrich the theoretical basis.Expanding the thought connotation based on previous research;thirdly,searching about the domestic situation on this subject and the development of collaborative innovation,high technology industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from the perspective of reality,which provide a firm foundation for the thesis.This also insure that some problems may be found from the reality.The conclusions can be used to solve practical problems conversely;Fourthly,consider all related factors,innovativly introducing the view of patent to measure the degree of innovation in pharmaceutical industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Learn from the relevant index system but totally construct the system which measures the degree of the collaborative innovation in the view of patent.This is very different from the previous evaluation.In the empirical research,select the related data of of pharmaceutical manufacturing patents for twenty-one years from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and do some contrast with other economic belt in our country so that it can clearly show the comparative advantage and particularity of industry innovation and development in this area.Moreover some other information can be drawn through the empirical research such as the trend of collaborative innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the difference between regions etc.At the same time,by the means of patent network and social network analysis,this article draw the analysis picture contains information about cooperative patent holder and patent classification,which can directly know the distribution and their relationships of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's pharmaceutical industry patent.According to the empirical model for coordination degree of composite system and patent distribution of social network analysis,the article further clarify the relevant conclusions and offer some suggestions related to collaborative innovation of high tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
