| Shipbuilding industry is one of the mainstay industries for the national economy of China;shipbuilding capacity is an important symbol of a nation’s industrial level which reflects the heavy industry capability and comprehensive national power.Under the background of recent economic situation and depression of shipping business,shipbuilding enterprises are forced to struggle in the cruel game of reorganization and competition,in order to survive in the game and get further development,in addition to searching for external development opportunities,shipbuilding enterprises also have to conduct an internal innovation and improvement,the core target is to improve the production plan management,enhance the shipbuilding efficiency,reduce the shipbuilding cost,strengthen the enterprise competitiveness.Firstly,through the analysis of the production management condition of Shanhaiguan shipbuilding industry co.,LTD,this thesis reviewed and studied on the relevant theories of production management,Pointed out and analyzed the current problems such as insufficiency of operational plan refinement,non-correlated management or isolated management,period standard not covering completely,lack of load balancing method,lack of plan comprehensiveness,etc.Secondly,based on the principle of system integrality,independence,dynamics of plan and department functionality,combining with production characteristics and problems of Shanhaiguan shipbuilding industry co.,LTD,this thesis established the general architecture design and main contents,offered the solution which based on the combination of distributed plan management and other management method,to achieve the production management improvement via project breakdown,demand stimulation,period standard establishment,assessing the comprehensiveness and feasibility of guaranteed plan and set up the five level plan management system.Finally,for the purpose of implementation of production plan management improvement,the guarantee measure was given,to ensure the improvement program of production plan management being carried out smoothly and efficiently,all means shall be adopted such as company system organization establishment,plan management system establishment,strengthening the production plan management and control,strengthening the production organization,improving the project structural breakdown and information construction.The research of production plan management provides a scientific management method for the production plan management improvement of Shanhaiguan shipbuilding industry co.,LTD,it is a new explore in the process of strengthening shipbuilding level and approaching to modern shipbuilding. |
