With the advent of economic globalization and the further development of electronic technology,the importance of e-commerce in the international trade becomes outstanding.China's booming economy and the strengthening of middle class promote the development of e-commerce as the newly ascendant power.In 2014,Guangdong's scale of cross-border e-commerce came first and accounted for 70 percent of the whole country.This paper analyses the development situation and affecting dimensions of cross-border e-commerce in China under the background of “One Belt and One Road”.Making use of the relevant data and cases of Guangdong Province,it carries on systematic analysis to the cross-border ecommerce in both traditional modes and their new changes with the method of the theory-analyses and demonstration-analyses,thus making an exploration concerning the tendency of market development in the e-commerce industry under the background of “One Belt and One Road”,with the hope of providing a valuable reference for decision makers and scholars.Specifically,through the analysis both on the supply chain and business model of Guangdong Province and the demand of industry with “One Belt and One Road”,the paper finds out the influenced factors reflecting the mature degree of crossborder e-commerce.Combined with the overall economic environment and the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”,it makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis to the three links of supply chain of Guangdong,namely upstream suppliers;supporting service systems and the downstream customer buyers.As for the obstacles and impediments,like cross-border logistics lags behind,transactions security is hard to guarantee and credit risks is higher,the paper will combine the concerning policies and supporting industry measures to explore the cross-borders' needs to break through the bottleneck of e-commerce development in China.In the view of the factors hindering the development of the cross-border ecommerce,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions,in order to promote the healthy development of China's cross-border e-commerce.
