With the further development of information technology and social economy,Internet-based SMEs have sprung up;they contribute to the socio-economic development of a very large force,attracting special attention both inside and outside the industry.However,the development of SMEs is still facing a lot of difficulties and problems,it is difficult to become bigger and stronger,and bigger and stronger enterprises often do not long.The key to solve this problem,its fundamental lies in the continuous cultivation of the core competitiveness of enterprises lasting.At present,the research on the theory of core competence of large-scale enterprises has been perfect and mature.However,little research has been done on the theory of core competence construction of small and medium-sized enterprises.In this context,how to build the Internet's core competitiveness of SMEs has become a very important issue.In this paper,the core competitiveness of KAIQI is studied from the angle of enterprise strategy.First,it analyzes and analyzes the present situation of KAIQI core competitiveness,and then analyzes and evaluates the key elements of KAIQI core competitiveness.Finally,it gives the idea and rationalization of KAIQI core competence.This paper uses the analysis model to analyze the internal of the enterprise effectively,and uses the five-force model to analyze the internal and external factors of the enterprise.Th five-force model is applied to the analysis of the paper,And analyzes the industry.Based on the analysis of the former two,it analyzes the influence factors of the core competence and analyzes the core competence of KAIQI.The full text of the discussion is logical,and the traditional experience to identify and confirm the core competitiveness of the different methods.After a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of KAIQI and the determinants of its core competitiveness,it is concluded that the main reason for the serious decline of KAIQI is that KAIQI lacks core competence,which makes the company unable to gain long-term advantage in the cruel market.KAIQI want to get rid of the dilemma faced by the need to build their own core competitiveness from the start.Aiming at this conclusion,the idea of constructing KAIQI core competence is given: 1,the development of enterprise core strategic planning;2,to create a corporate culture implementation of the management of people;3,through technological innovation,building the core competitiveness of enterprises;4,to build the core system to achieve the standardization of enterprise operations;5,to improve market expectations and coping capacity.According to the ideas given rationalization advice: 1,change the thinking,put forward the core strategy of enterprise development;2,reconstruction management system;3,to strengthen R & D and innovation capability;4,change the human resources strategy;5,to build corporate culture.
