| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,the construction of modern cities has accelerated,and a large number of rural surplus labor forces have chosen to work in economically developed areas.However,due to the loss of rural labor,rural development is slow,and in order to change the reality of rural backwardness,the most important thing is to rely on labor talents working outside the country,and boosting migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a business is the key link to stimulate the vitality of rural revitalization.With the formulation and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and various policies,more and more rural people working outside the country return to their hometowns,taking advantage of the favorable policies and the advantages of their own learning abroad and the geographical location and characteristic industries of their hometowns to start a business,they will bring back to their hometown the new ideas generated by urban life,and promote the economic development of their hometown and the income growth of villagers.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problems faced by migrant workers returning to their hometowns under the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and to propose corresponding countermeasures to the problems in order to better promote migrant workers returning to their hometowns.Through understanding the geographical environment,population flow,industrial layout and economic development of various regions in northern Anhui Province,the survey site was selected in X town of Yingshang County,Anhui Province.In order to get a comprehensive understanding of the latest situation of people who return to their hometowns,to know the latest policies of X town on returning to their hometowns,and to clarify the problems of returning to their hometowns,this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview to collect relevant information on migrant workers returning to their hometowns.Through the compilation and analysis of questionnaire data and interview data,we understand the current situation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses,and summarize the real-life dilemmas of poor publicity channels,lack of support policies,difficulties in loan financing,difficulties in rural land transfer,and poor cultural literacy of migrant workers in the surveyed sites. |
