In the modern enterprise human resource management,incentive mechanism is an important part of human resource management in the enterprise,the incentive mechanism of the formation of management system through a variety of incentive behavior of organic combination of enterprise's growth system,formed by managers in the long-term continuous operation of inertia,which can change the mood for work practitioners.The incentive mechanism has a direct impact on the success or failure of human resource management to a certain extent,and has a direct impact on the creation of corporate economic value and corporate culture system.Since the reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises regardless of the motivation content,model or design methods have got great progress,with employee motivation in enterprise human resources management,protection and development of the positive role gradually reflected.With the further development of the reform of modern enterprise and human resource management,the traditional human resource management and staff motivation in the design of a series of problems gradually emerged,these problems directly affect the human resource management system to enhance the effectiveness and potential of employees,need to pay more attention and attention to the corresponding.Based on this,in the exploration and practice of human resource management of KY company in the process,the design problem of employee motivation is not only related to the important elements of employee compensation fairness,efficiency,sustainable development,an important aspect is also related to the realization of enterprise strategy,human resource development objectives,structure optimization,has become an important content of this paper.This study has important significance for agglomeration employee performance improvement,incentive atmosphere construction and talents,the significance and the value is mainly manifested in three aspects: first,the scientific design of employee motivation is based on fairness,justice and openness,can better reflect the value of employees at all levels,there are to stimulate the company's internal employees at all levels put more actively to their jobs;secondly,the scientific design of KY employees incentive to help create a positive business staff incentive design culture,play the role of enterprise culture positive incentive;finally,motivation optimization design for talents of high quality and optimize the allocation of human capital is important the significance of the.In order to achieve the goal of this research,this paper adopts the following structure to implement a solution: first,the KY company employees incentive design problems as the main research object,to the related concepts,the basic function of incentive mechanism and incentive theory are discussed,in order to build a incentive theory as the main theoretical basis.Secondly,combined with the basic characteristics and management characteristics of employee incentive design analysis,literature research,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,analyzes the design status and salary level of KY company incentive structure,organization structure,personnel staff,to put forward the status quo,and the deep level reason of the incentive KY deficiency the employees of the company.Finally,after looking into the root of the problem existing in the design of employee motivation,this paper targeted to improve measures to promote science and improve the work efficiency of human resource management and staff performance,trying to optimize the design through the incentive mechanism for the enterprise human capital accumulation plays a positive role in promoting.
