S company who is a century old Multi-National Corporation,is a global leader in the field of electronic and electrical.And in the PLC M3 market,which is a significant industrial products market with fully competitive characteristics,about 70 companies vying for market share.Although small PLC products of S company occupied a larger market share,but in the northeast region M3 market,S company's PLC sales growth value was lower than the S company national average,and behind the competitors,so the market share rate decreased year by year.How to better promote small PLC products,improve market share,narrow the gap with competitors,will be the main topic of this paper.The main problem of S company northeast region Small PLC was sales growth rate was lower.Combined with analysis of PLC M3 market development status and the internal situation of the company,I found that except of the influence of the external market environment,higher product positioning,insufficient market promotion strength,poor communication in different departments,sales and channel management problems,were also the main reasons.Through the industry external macro environment and PLC M3 market demand analysis,the economic development and people's livelihood demands driven the PLC M3 market rising up in the future,but at the same time,it also faces challenges,such as competition,alternatives,business models etc.Combining 4P marketing theory,S company internal situation and PLC M3 market characteristics,develop the next market development strategy,improving the using scope of products,optimizing the price system,expanding the market sales channels,and direct S company development direction of the market.At the same time to ensure the marketing strategy can be well implemented,through the internal market,business,technology,marketing,channel management and department,S company need to enhance internal collaboration,strength team building,enhance the market promotion,improve distribution channel management and so on a series of improvement measures,to protect the market development strategy can be more effective implemented,andenhance the external competitiveness of S company.
